Q7: When can I apply for a refund?

For Online Courses:

  • A full refund is available before the course begins.
  • After the course has started, if less than 30% of total sessions have been completed, a partial refund may be granted.

For One-on-One or VIP Sessions:

  • If cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance, most of the fee can be refunded.
  • Once a session has begun, refunds are not available, but you may request to reschedule for a later date.

  2. Submit payment proof or your order number.
  3. We will review and process your refund within 7 business days, and the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method.
